Interview
It was a fairly easy interview with 3 rounds. I spoke with the hiring manager, the director, and then a current employee. They each asked about my previous experience and told me more about the organization and what the day to day operations looked like.
There were a few different stages of interviews. I found that the communication after the final interview was poor, especially given that it was required to go in person which require travel for me and they did not follow up or respond to my emails for weeks. A Writing test is also required.
First two interviews were screening, the final interview was in person with a written test. Overall, an easy process but to have applicants travel in person it felt disorganized. I received a denial, weeks later in an automated email.

How would you adapt to being in a start-up like environment?
The interview process is pretty basic. HR call, screen with manager, interview with two managers, writing assessment that takes about an hour. Fair process. Took place over about two weeks.
