Guy found me through an application on Linked In. Called me after texting. I don't remember what I even applied for. Chatted a little my resume matches all qualifications then he asked about College I said yes 4 years, Major was Kinesiology he asked if I got my Degree I said No. He stated that they require that and said hope I didn't waste your time.
Explain to me how having degree when I have tons of prior sales experience, my Real Estate License etc would help me in this position? It was actually very rude. I am most likely over qualified to work here. And he didn't tell me one thing about the position, are you a mortgage company? Real Estate? What do you do? How much do you pay? How would you know I'm even interested in working here?
After reading other reviews doesn't seem like I'd want to work here anyway.
3 step last was a presentation thought it was kinda fun. Brought you in the building but when I went the new one wasn’t done but either way overall positive.

Demo presentation was crucial for role and it was around 10-15 slides long and had to present for 30 minutes so it was a longer presentation to complete but i enjoyed it
