Phone screening then traveled to Richmond office to perform three additional interviews. The first one was with someone in the current position, and did a mock call. The second one was a standard interview and third was very quick with top manager.

The interview process consisted of a resume screen followed by a 30 minute virtual behavioral interview. Following the interview, an HR hiring manager responded with their decision over the phone within 3 days.
