The interview process was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I was contacted by a representative from the company who encouraged me to apply, which prompted me to submit my application. During the interview, I even mentioned this to the recruiter, but their response was surprisingly negative, dismissively suggesting not to rely on the platform their own employee had used to invite me. Furthermore, I was assured during the process that someone would follow up with me, but I was ultimately ghosted, leaving me with no feedback or closure. This lack of professionalism, coupled with the misleading communication and dismissive attitude, reflects poorly on the organization’s hiring practices and candidate experience.
