I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CoStar Group (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
I couldn’t understand the interviewer due to his accent. After the interview ended I realized what he was asking and emailed the correct answers. That didn’t work. My skills were not accurately assessed.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Irvine, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out for my availability via email. One scheduled 30 minute phone call that carried over just over 1 hour. The sound of a much older recruiter was on that phone call, instead of an expected young, fresh-out college graduate recruiter when I searched that person's name via LinkedIn. The "substitute" old woman recruiter gave me a spiteful and discriminating comment about "how she was very sure that I knew about Apartments.com and not Homes.com" (both acquired by their company). Obviously, the old lady thinks I only live in apartments and never lived in houses, condos, etc and tries to discriminate against financial status over the phone. She giggled a few times over the phone about some of my answers (quietly giggling although I can hear it). Basically, she wanted to waste a candidate's time. The young, fresh-out recruiter not on the phone is connected to my current company via a recruiter working there, and it was a staged interview. My unethical current company has been staging several outside interviews with companies (through connections) that were already meant to be rejections and the interviews aren't meant to be real, but rather fake and degrading.
