Coastline Community College interview questions

Total process took about 2 - 3 months. Summit a lengthy application. Than if selected you meet in front of a board ranging from 4-6 members. Each asks a series of questions while others take notes while observing your reaction. If you pass the board interview you then meet with the Dean of your Discipline for a quick interview. If all goes will you are called back for the position

I was called in for an interview 1 month after the post closed on the district website. The interview consisted of 6 panel members and lasted 45 minutes. They were friendly, but no one smiled; they kept it totally professional. I received a second interview, but was not hired.
