A college and I went to look for jobs. Went to this place, said they needed conduit benders. I said I could do it and I was hired. Not much of a interview. Short and sweet to the point. All I did was sign paper work.

They hire specifically through trade force staffing. I could have doctored a application and gotten the job with little to no experience. It was just a call over the phone from a recruiter who hired me without ever meeting me
