In the first part, I received a phone call interview. In the second part, I have been called in personally where I meet not only the HR but the potential manager who I would work under. After getting a callback I was asked to prepare a presentation for the second meeting in the relation of a strategy that would be a task in the position to assess my problem-solving.
In the end, however, they give a rejection saying, the position has been cancelled due to organisation structure changes.
