      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola HBC (Sofia, Sofia (city)) in May 2024

      Interview

My interview process with Coca-Cola HBC was smooth and consistent. It comprised three distinct stages, each offering a unique and valuable experience. First Interview: The initial interview was more general in nature. It provided an opportunity for introductions and an overview of my background. This conversational stage helped me feel comfortable and set a positive tone for the subsequent interviews. Second Interview (Technical): The second interview was a technical one, which I found particularly engaging. Rather than feeling like a formal exam, it was structured as a discussion between developers. We delved into various topics that I was familiar with and had mentioned in my CV. This interactive format made the technical interview exciting and an excellent opportunity to showcase my skills and knowledge. Third Interview: The final interview focused on the company, its culture, and available growth opportunities. It also covered my previous experience and the specific projects I would potentially be working on. This stage provided a comprehensive understanding of the company's vision and how my role would fit into it, which was very insightful. Follow-Up Conversations: Following these interviews, I had a valuable conversation with a direct colleague I would be working with. This discussion helped me understand the role better and made me feel more comfortable by having the chance to meet a colleague before starting my role. Additionally, I had a call with an HR specialist, and we discussed my expectations and the working packages I had at my previous job. This call was essential in aligning mutual expectations and understanding the benefits and compensation offered by the company. Overall, the interview process was well-organized, and each stage was clearly defined. This allowed me to demonstrate my abilities effectively while also gaining a thorough understanding of the company and the role.
