I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Codazen
Interview
Pretty straightforward interview, when I went through the process it was just the following:
1. Recruiter phone screen
2. Technical interview with 2 developers
3. HackerRank problems
4. Manager interview
Overall it was pretty simple, everyone involved in the process made sure all my questions were answered and provided insightful feedback per step.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Why are you looking for a new role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Codazen (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
The process was polite and courteous. The initial screening call was 30 minutes and it was a pleasant back and forth about my work experience and background. Then a couple weeks later an email with a html/css technical assessment via hackerrank, which wasn't too challenging. Then there was a technical phone screen with a hiring manager and staff engineer which was pleasant. In the end they did not move forward with my application but overall it was a relatively painless experience.
