I had a disappointing experience with Code Red during my recent interview process for a Recruiter position. Although I was excited about the opportunity to work with this organization and had a positive initial interaction with the hiring team, the company ultimately ghosted me after a face to face round. I did not receive any follow-up communication or feedback even after chasing them twice, which left me feeling undervalued and disregarded. This experience has led me to question the professionalism and integrity of the company's hiring process. As a candidate, I would have appreciated more transparency and respect throughout the interview process. Unfortunately, my experience with Code Red has left me with a negative impression of the organization and I would not recommend them as an employer.
