The copywriter manager was friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcomed. After chatting for some minutes, I had to do an assignment which lasted for 2 hours. It included 5 exercises based on a product that the company is advertising for. You had to write headlines, prompt for an AI image etc.

For starters, online meeting with the HR/Recruiting department in order to meet the candidate and ask work related questions. Afterwards, twenty four hour self paced written assessment regarding adverting and marketing.
