Unprofessional Interview Experience – Lack of Communication A recruiter from Codingmart contacted me for a Product Designer role. I attended the interview, which was abrupt — no introductions or camera on, just straight to questions and tasks. After submitting the task, I was told the feedback was positive and that the role involves rotational shifts. I followed up via email and call after a couple of days, but they completely ghosted me. Very disappointing experience. Everyone’s time should be valued — candidates deserve clear communication and basic respect.
