Interview
Interview, set up in the system and got me an interview with the company the next day!
It was at first a group interview than the recruiter took me one on one and asked me more question. Gave me lots of options as well. I am very happy with the results of my interview it lasted about 20 minutes or so.

Interview
I was sent an email telling me to show up at a specific time for a "one on one" interview. When I showed up to the office, there was only one recruiter present. I talked with her for a few minutes before three other candidates showed up. Apparently, she had scheduled 4+ candidates for the same time slot. So much for a "one on one interview". She informed me that I was not qualified for the position I applied but shoved a different job description in my face and told me to read it over while she helped the others. I've been to other recruiters, it is not normal for recruiters to be juggling multiple people at the same time. It was obvious she was just trying to get as many people jobs as she could so she could make her commission because the job description she handed me didn't fit my background AT ALL. She also made it sound like she was going to call my references right then and there with both me and the other candidates in the office to listen. I told her I was not interested in the job and walked out. I may be desperate for a job, but I deserve far more respect than was given. Every candidate should be able to have time for a one-on-one conversation to talk about background and interests, not be juggled around like in a circus. If you want to work with recruiters, go to a more credible one where they will give you the time and respect you deserve.
