Waited for 40 mins before in the teams link and the panel did not show up. The HR didnt even apologise once for making me wait in the teams room. Please understand that everybody's time has got value. FYI, Calendar invite is used for blocking your calendar and not for taking up some other task. You should not reschedule once the interviewee has waited for 40 mins. You should do it prior to the allotted time.
