As a candidate, investing time, effort, and hope into a process that ends so abruptly without transparency is extremely frustrating. Better planning and honest communication would help candidates avoid unnecessary waiting and uncertainty. This experience has left a very unprofessional impression of the recruitment process. I understand that internal situations can change, but the prolonged waiting period without clear communication has made it difficult for me to plan my next steps. I have been waiting for weeks solely for the offer letter, and there has been no definite timeline or transparency regarding the process. I would appreciate an honest update on whether this position is likely to move forward or if I should consider other opportunities. Clear communication would really help candidates like me avoid uncertainty.
