The founder approached me on Linkedin, then he arranged a phone call, then there was a Code Challenge, followed by a 1hr Whiteboarding activity when you pass the challenge, if you pass this will have a 1.5-hour Pairing activity, and then 1-hour Values Interview, followed by 1.5 hours Salary/Rate Assessment. My opinion: only go through this massive process if you have time to kill.. I did not get any offer regardless of the fact that all my interviewers were happy except the last person (founder) who approached me first (which more or less asked similar questions but changed his mind with no respect to all other interviewers).
