This was my expereince under Digital Nurture 4.0 (D N 4.0). This program is conducted for those colleges who have partnered with cognizant for recruitment. This procees was started in May 2025. In this program studenet's will be asked to choose 3 clusted. 1. Java, 2. Python, 3. C#(.Net). In my college all where choosen Cluster 3 C# by default.
Round 1: Communication - Its is coducted online. Difficulty level easy. Questions will be basic grammar, Audio will be played and asked you to repeat what you've listened, Sentence will be dispalyed then you will be asked to read the sentence and finally you need to speak about 1 minute on topic given like on the spot speech competition.
Round 2: On sucessfully completing round 1, you will be eligible for technical round. This round is for 2 hrs, In my cluster I got 2 - MySQL questions using joins, 2 - DSA Array - easy level, 1 - Web development I was asked to change color and font using HTML, CSS and Random number genration function in javaScript. This round also easy to clear.
Round 3: (June 2nd week) After successful completion of round 2, this is know as deep skilling phase(8-weeks). In this phase you will be gives set of tasks to complete and submit by each week based on the cluster you choose, it starts from DSA, Advanced SQL, Microservices, react, GIT based on your cluster's sylabus. They will teach you all these by conducting master class once per week and doubt clearing session each week regarding the process. THE ATTENDANCE IN BOTH MASTER CLASS AND COACH CONNECT(DOUNT CLEARING) SESSIONS AND CONSISTENT PROGRESS IN VERY IMPORTANT THIS MIGHT CAUSE YOUR HIRING PROCESS, Many from my college didn't attend properly they was not eligble for the interview.
Round 4: This is an online test here you will asked about what you have learnt in the Deepskillng phase: 8-Weeks. Pattern will be Mcq based.
Round 5: This is technical Interview, conducted in out college in the month of August 3 Week. Here I've asked to code in C# in OOPs concept and a DSA Problem. They asked my About Advanced SQL Concept Questions and asked me to write queries as well. Then questions regarding GIT and GIT HUB. Some basic questions based on programming concepts. It went about 45 Minutes and finally they've asked me about relocation and a few HR questions.
And after a month in superset portal the status has been changed from Enrolled to Interm Offer which means you are got selected. Soon, after a week received offical mail from our college. Then During OCT 3rd week I've recived Letter of Intent.
