Interview
I got the interview through campus portal after meeting with Cognizant at the career fair. I had back to back 30 minute interviews. The first one was a behavioral interview. The second one was immediately afterwards and was more technical.

The interview was normal. Interviewer was friendly. Asked basic engineering core related question. Applied through campus placement. It was a one day, two round interview. Got selected. Selected students with good communication skills. I had a good conversation with them. Asked basic puzzles and HR questions.

Interview
I was recruited from my university and did an Interview at my university, a week later was chosen fly in and have an second two part interview which consisted of two interviews, one behavior, and one technical. Both were fairly easy just needed to have people skills. If you don't pass both you are rejected as a candidate.
