Two technical rounds followed by manager and HR rounds. Technical is more on the technology where the candidate is working and managers will discuss the entire projects you have worked to judge your maturity.
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
