Interview
ISS Sweden was a support project which is having Cognos, SSIS and TM1.
In SSIS there were 6 jobs which would run in on daily basis. We needed to daily monitor the data loads and fix if there was any issue on jobs. In Cognos we were getting different types security tickets like adding,removing,modifying security. Based on customer service we had to implement securities in Cognos.We needed to complete the security request in 7 days.
I only had one round. Started with self intro, then 2 questions were asked. One is relates to apptitude and reasoning and the other interview question is about coding. And ofcourse some typical HR questions.

Easy for college grads they can easily get through it they are good with basics in programming and logical thinking with good communication skills, couple of technical rounds followed by HR round
It was good expirience.The interviewer asked about my projects and other stuff.Asked to introduce myself.And later asked doubts about my project.Next was HR round where they asked the HR questions
