I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
Approached by internal hiring team about internal vacancies.
Went through telephone screening and was asked to submit an open ended technical test.
I was mindful that I knew very little about the company, stack and their culture at this stage and this would be significant upfront investment from myself.
Luckily was able to submit a previous piece of work that matched the brief. Moved forward with great interview via video call.
Advised wouldn’t move forward as their setup wouldn’t meet my expectations. Which was refreshingly honest.
Mindful that the feedback could have preceded the technical screening.
Overall really positive, professional experience.
