Interview
Interview process consists of 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 hr. 1st round mostly on the resume and some tricky questions on that. 2nd round was architecture level questions. Mostly why this is used and all. HR is just a salary negotiation.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
