Interview
Interview process started by 9.30 and we were asked to mention Skillsets,notice period,total experience and consultancy name in resume. I got mail from cognizant employee,so i dint mention consultancy name.
Totally 3 rounds and First round of Interview lasted for 25 mins and they asked me wait for result. In spite of answering most of the questions i could'nt clear the round.
It seems like they were interested in consultancy referenced employees.

Interview
I got a mail through recruiter as my interview is scheduled on Saturday at 9:30 am, but when I went there 700 odd people were standing in Queue and there was no coordination .Realize its a walkin and not a schedule Interview. Gave 1st technical at 3 PM as they have only 2-3
technical panels available to handle 700 people.They will keep you wait and you'll get exhausted .Got result of 1st tech round at 5 PM and there were people whose first round had not happened till 5 PM. As the panel was in hurry to go home , as we spoil their holiday.They conducted 2nd tech round of most of the people for just 5 min and was told to leave for the day. So please avoid sat walkin.
