I have given 3 rounds interview on same day. first 2 rounds are technical base on Java, J2EE, Spring and JSF. whatever mentioned into CV, interviewer asked all about this things. Interview process was very smooth way. In 1st round asked only Core Java fundamental. In 2nd round asked all framework which i have used into previous organization and some tricky question.
In 3rd round, HR describe about cognizant and salary structure. friendly behavior. All process completed between 4 to 5 hours. But offer letter released took lots of times near 6-7 weeks.

In core java Collection framework, OOPS. Previously i have worked on JSF and Spring. How Spring worked, DI and Transaction in Spring. JSF life cycle, primefaces in JSF. then last asked overall process of CR How to maintain in current organization.
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
