I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Hyderābād) in May 2014
Interview
Couple of technical rounds followed by HR round.
Initial phone screening will see whether your skillset matches the actual requirement or not. Further second round will be there to dig more into the depth. If qualified in both than HR round will come into picture for salary negotiation.

Interview questions [1]

I applied online. I interviewed at Cognizant (Hyderābād) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interviewer asked most of the questions from resume and she doesn't even understand the difference between my previous employer and client also the interview should be more technical to Power BI but she revealed that she is looking for a person in Power apps. Question to Cognizant is why did they even conducted this interview when you are looking for other skills rather than Power BI which I clearly mentioned in the resume more over the technical questions should be asked based on experience the questions i was asked were not even basics and I expect to have asked more difficult questions in Power BI when I'm about to get hired. Loss on you.
