Apt test , technical and hr interview and process for on boarding was smooth as well. The process was simple and easy during Covid time as everything was online and remote.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)
