Interview is simple with two rounds which is gonna be technical and managerial.Be confident in what you showcase. Roles and responsibilities and the worl you delivered and handled.Also, the manager round which will be respective to project deliverables

Question 1
About yourself and technical aspects of the subject you know
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
