I have applied through AMCAT. So no aptitude, Only Technical Interview and HR. The process took 1 day.. Interview round was so easy. My interview went for only 10 min. Then I was informed that I am shortlisted for HR round. HR round was also very easy. Ma'am was very friendly. After that document verification was done. After 2 days I have got mail from CTS that I am selected. You just need to be focused, confident and fluent to crack the interview.
