Interview
It was a pre-selection interview. Recorded on your own time. Unlimited attempts. 5 basic questions. Using spark hire. Kind of like hireview. If you made it past that, you’re scheduled for a campus recruiting talent day.
Smooth, each step had a month in-between, interview was not super difficult, more on the casual side. Final interview is with two associates for 30 minutes each. First, screen recording, then interview with recruiter then final interview
