It was an easy going interview, questions were more personality based rather than technical skill. It felt like it was to see if I would be a good fit for the team. It was right out of college, so a beginner associate position.

The interview process consists of a screening and then a “superday” which consisted of 3 back to back interviews asking mainly behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and the harder questions consisted of “what are your study habits”.
I had three rounds of interviews and waited four to five days to get rejected. It was not the most pleasant experience. I was firt reached out by a recruiter, than spoke to a partner, a manager, a senior, and three other managers. At the end the same recruiter call to let me know that they would not move forward with me.

First submie the resume, and do the one-way video interview within 5 days. Then you get prepared and find a convenivent time to record the answer to the questions. Then inform the HR, then they will give you response.
