Interview
I interviewed during the pandemic and it was all virtual. I interviewed with a Partner and HR representative. Both interviewers were extremely friendly and made the overall environment feel really inviting. There were not many technical accounting questions. The questions were more about my past experiences and getting to know me. I also asked questions about the company that I was genuinely interested in knowing the answer too. Overall I had an excellent experiencing interviewing with CohnReznick

Interview
The interview was with two partners from that office. They asked very typical resume and behavioral questions. Also questions about specific industry. It lasted 30 minutes and I heard back within a week

Interview
I had one interview over the phone the recruiter. Then I had another interview on teams with the audit partner and manger that lasted about 30 minutes. I got the called about an offer about 3 days later

Tell about your journey into accounting and audit ?
Good, straight forward, no tougher questions, welcoming interview team. Fast response. Informative and detailed oriented. Really easy. Would so again. Over teams and it was nice and connected. Welcoming to questions and open.
