Typical process and typical questions asked. More behavioral questions and questions that were to see what experience you have and what you are seeking in your next role. I spoke with two different people on top of HR
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CohnReznick in Oct 2023
Interview
I had a phone screening with a recruiter, first. We talked about my background and the position. After that, virtual interviews with the hiring team (a practice leader, a director and a senior manager) were set up in the same week. The interviews were easy, authentic and informative. And people were nice. I was also interviewed by a person from people & culture team at the end of the interview, who asked a few tough behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a challenging project you worked on and what you felt. Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult person.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CohnReznick (Bethesda, MD)
Interview
I did an initial screen with someone in HR. After that, I had a day of virtual video interviews with different team members. The conversations were very straight forward and were mostly centered around learning about my work experience and learning about the team I was going to be working with. The whole process moved pretty quickly as I received an offer about a week after the interviews.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
They asked me to describe my work experience at my prior jobs
The interview was very conversational, I got to see some of the office. Some technical concepts were brought up and we discussed prior work experience. We also discussed the day to day work and processes. The interviewers were very friendly - I interviewed with a couple seniors as well as a partner.
