I was first contacted via e-mail to see if I was still interested and to schedule a telephone interview with HR later that week. After my telephone interview with HR regarding the basics I was asked to come in the following week for an in person interview with the manager I would report to as well as the position most closely aligned with the one I applied for. It was a relatively quick interview, but may have been more involved for roles that don't require a visual portfolio. A few days later I was offered the job and was able to start 2 weeks following.
