A very simple walk around the store and talked about familiarity with the specific store. Then was asked about where my interests lie and how often I was available to work.

Easy. the process was easy I think
mostly on difficult customers. they do wanna understand how will you manage or handle your customers. Overall it was an average interview. Were some scenario based questions too.
The interview process was quite lengthy. You have group and one on one interviews. They both happen on the same day. Takes around 1-2 weeks to hear back from them.
Great, quick and easy, it wasnt too long the responses were quick and generally let you know on the day if you got accepted or not, and they proceed to tell you the next steps
