Collectius interview questions

The interview process was seamless and well-organized. The atmosphere was welcoming and casual, making it easy to feel comfortable. The interviewers were approachable and communicated clearly, asking thoughtful questions while encouraging open dialogue. Each stage of the process flowed naturally, with no unnecessary delays or confusion. Overall, it felt more like a meaningful conversation than a formal evaluation.

The interview was not tense and did not take a long time. But I managed to get interview with the Finance Manager and Managing Director. They welcomed me well and asked about basic interview and explain how the business works.
