The interview was fairly easy for the most part. They asked basic questions about past experiences and what the role entailed. The interview itself lasted about 20-30 minutes. They were nice people.

Interview
It was personal 1 on 1 with the owner and his wife who is in charge of HR. They are great people and what they focused mostly on was the culture and core values. Spent day 1 of training on culture and how important it is to live the core values.
