College of Charleston interview questions

I had an interview after scheduling with the HR department. Interview was relaxed, and a lot of information was shared on both ends. No follow up on the position was communicated, which in my opinion was very unprofessional. I sent a follow-up thank you, and asked for updates 3 times over a period of 4 weeks.

Interview process is way too long for the salary, three interviews and almost a month and a half from application date before finally getting an offer. Did pay for travel and hotel stay for interview.
