I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Colliers
Interview
5 rounds of interview. For the position, it was a waste of time.
Met all the Principals. Made it appear as if it was an opportunity of a lifetime. Was a joke however.

I interviewed at Colliers (Walnut Creek, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
They had a very communicative, straight forward, and good timeline in their interview process. Everyone kept me up to date with my application and any delays were notified to me to keep me in the loop.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to explain complex data to a non-technical audience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Colliers (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
First interview was with the company recruiter, second with regional director who made plans to meet at the office. Actual salary range was not as described and was significantly lower. Position was also described as hybrid on their website when in reality it was full-time in office. I did not want to continue with the interview process and was disappointed. They also do not mention on the job description that they want you to eventually move toward a sales associate. Recruiter mentioned this as it will be expected "way down the line," while the regional director mentioned within 3-6 months. Just lies all around.

The recruiter was being friendly. HM was acting a bit absent-minded...a bit unprofessional...low energy. overall. just don't feel like working there even if i got an offer from them. he probably didn't know how to interview
