Questions distributed in advance. Very general things—when have you innovated? Solved a problem?
Two odd things. One: there was zero diversity on the committee and they seemed to have no awareness of racial/lgbt issues, even though they made a big deal out of that in the application. The committee actually seemed uncomfortable asking the requisite social justice questions. Two: the last ten minutes were for me to ask questions. The person who was supposed to the supervisor couldn’t answer any basic questions about their goals for the position, plans…it was kind of crazy.
Pros: everyone seemed nice.

Very general things—when have you innovated? Solved a problem?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Colorado Mountain College (Rifle, CO) in Nov 2021
Interview
Very strange questions that had little to do with what the job was purported to be. Clearly a lot of personal dynamics at this campus that don't make the hiring process very clear. They seem to be trying to hire from within and half the committee was trying to convince the other half that that was the way to go .
There was Two separate interviews. The interview format was a basic round table type setting where they rotated asking questions. The Interview committee was comprised of 5 people. Hiring manager and people from other departments
