Colorado Mountain College interview questions

Questions distributed in advance. Very general things—when have you innovated? Solved a problem? Two odd things. One: there was zero diversity on the committee and they seemed to have no awareness of racial/lgbt issues, even though they made a big deal out of that in the application. The committee actually seemed uncomfortable asking the requisite social justice questions. Two: the last ten minutes were for me to ask questions. The person who was supposed to the supervisor couldn’t answer any basic questions about their goals for the position, plans…it was kind of crazy. Pros: everyone seemed nice.
