Began with a phone screen and was later called back for an in person interview. Interview was with the manager and supervisor. Went over qualifications, what the role entailed, and the hours that the role took both in the off season and then once season began.
The interview process consisted of a phone screen talking about my background. I got questions about my previous experience as a developer and how I could apply it to this new role.
It was fun, the time length was supposed to be 30 minutes but only took 10-15. It was also laid back; the guy I talked to was very thorough about everything and the whole process.
