Was reached out via Linkedin by the HR Manager, then agreed to take a first call. During the first call, 3 people excluding me were a part of the call. Only one of them showed up, and to my surprise, he was a freelancer (like what?) So yeah we talked about stuff for 1 hour then left, never heard back from them, very poorly managed, if you think about how they run the company, it must be even worse...
