The whole process was fairly standard. First I talked to someone within HR about basic information. Then I talked to the manager of my department and we went into more detail about the position and then I had some time to ask her questions. Lastly, I was invited to talk to the same manger in person along with someone on the team and another person who was higher up (probably the managers boss). We went through my whole resume and discussed character questions and specific job questions. Overall the process was very friendly and there were no curve balls. I was no selected for the job.
