Interview
Applied to the company via a job fair at my univeristy. Met the FOM at their booth.Many of the other managers were present as well. All friendly and very interested in speaking with me. I received a call a couple of days later for an interview. I interviewed with the front office manager and the general manager. They really focused on whether or not I was wiling to stick with the company for a while.

Questions mainly based around what I wanted to do with my degree and accomplish in the future.
impersonal. They kept me waiting. They seemed unorganized. I wasn't impressed with their culture. They didn't really seem to care about their employees. More about making money than anything else.

Interview
Simple, you will meet with the front desk manager, they ask basic behavioral questions and from there they will decide if they would like you to meet with General Manager who then will chat with you about why you think you would be a good fit for the role.
