Column5 Consulting interview questions

I applied on LinkedIn and the next morning was called by the Corporate Recruiter for on over the phone interview. Then I went for an in person interview about 3 days later with the Controller and was offered the position about 2 days later.

2 brief phone interviews and then I got an offer. Never met anyone in person which was very odd. They seems to "trust" my BPC skills vs. really testing or probing my experience. There was more focus on Finance and if I knew anything about S/4 Finance. Seems that is the need for this small firm.
