I went dressed in a business suit expecting to have a formal interview but instead they gave me a 9 page packet asking for things like my SS#, work history with supervisor names, phones, addresses, a list of every school I went to down to elementary school, a section with a quiz + math test... I started filling out the paperwork and after 30 minutes I wasnt even half way so I thought "well this is a huge waste of my time" and got up, told them I wasnt interested anymore, and left. I was expecting to get an interview with a person and learn about the company before I get down to giving them all my personal information, especially things like a SS#. I dont know why they just didnt put all those quizes online instead of having me fill out test + quizzes by hand while dressed in a business suit for a job interview, very bad taste imho.
