There was no interview process. I was hired sight unseen over the phone by a temp service representative. There was no face to face interview with the company itself. As the saying goes, "If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably isn't." The company rules and regulations I read and signed off on were incomplete and painted a spurious picture of the job I was being hired for.
