1.They respond to the application very well and HR is good at providing few specifics. 2.They evaluate the person based on the attitude and willingness to learn,confidence. 3.Interviewers dont torture or grill but put scenario based questions and are friendly. 4. Clear communication on what could be expected from the new employee. 5.Though they reject they provide constructive feedback of the interview.
