Meet and greet at office, interview okay, didn’t accept offer as had another offer that came which had better benefits. Company has a social vision and runs interesting programs, might be a better role to take in later stages of career as it doesn’t seem to be a competitive environment.

Interview
Professional but relaxed atmosphere. Initial interview with HR and lead Instructional Designer. They then followed up with an email with a time for the second interview one day later. The second interview was with the CEO.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Common Purpose (Bengaluru)
Interview
Very easy interview with basic knowledge of subject mater, HR round, reporting manager round and Group finance director round. If your accounting knowledge is fine - then you are good to go. It mainly depends on your ability to manage large volume of work and different branches at a time
