Phone screen with hiring manager, interview with several people on the team, had to then present a project to the full team for about 30 min. Wasn’t too hard. All the interviews were very behavioral. The final round was a phone screen with the VP of People and CEO. I liked that the CEO was involved in the process.

Had an initial phone screen that lasted about 30 mins, then was assigned 4 question prompts to answer as next steps. had 3 separate 30 min zoom interview with members of the team (director of operations, Senior underwriting manager, senior underwriting analyst), then 3 more 15-30 min phone interviews with members of the executive team (CEO, CFO, VP of People). All went very well and everyone was really easy to get along with.
