CommonBond interview questions

Straightfirward process with a screening round, talked to different people at the team, then did a case study and talked to the COO, CEO and vp of people in the final round

Had an initial phone screen that lasted about 30 mins, then was assigned 4 question prompts to answer as next steps. had 3 separate 30 min zoom interview with members of the team (director of operations, Senior underwriting manager, senior underwriting analyst), then 3 more 15-30 min phone interviews with members of the executive team (CEO, CFO, VP of People). All went very well and everyone was really easy to get along with.
